WHAT IS YOUR ORDERING PROCESS?

1. Submit a quote or order request. You can order directly by emailing us at hello@precisionsms.com.au, by sending an online enquiry through our website, or giving the office a call on 08 7078 4506
2. We will provide a quote or order confirmation (please allow up to 48 hours)
3. If Precision SMS is responsible for CAD, we will send drawings for approval / QA
4. Once we get the green light from you, your order will be released to production. Lead time will be dependent on processes. 
5. When the order is completed, it will be ready for delivery or collection.

DO YOU STOCK ON THE SHELF PERFORATED SHEET?

As our perforated sheeting is cut to size from blank sheets, we don't offer off the shelf sheeting. We can add borders to hide any steelwork and add folds to the panels for fixing/stiffening. 

DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION?

We do not offer installation, however if you are after an installer, we can recommend trusted installers on request. 

CAN I SEND YOU A CUSTOM SHEET METAL PROJECT?

We specialise in creating your sheet metal project, no matter the size. 

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER CHARGE?

Precision SMS have a $100 (+gst) minimum order charge.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

Yes, we do offer delivery. Please specify this on your enquiry or order.

WHAT FILES TYPES CAN PRECISION SMS WORK WITH?

Precision SMS can handle a variety of file types such as DXF's, Step Files, SolidWorks Parts/Assemblies & Radan Symbols.

DO I NEED TO SUPPLY DRAWING FILES?

No, we can work off hand-drawn sketches. Please note, if you do require drafting it may incur an additional cost.

WHAT GENERAL TOLERANCES CAN YOU ACHIEVE?

Tolerances vary for materials and thicknesses. These are available on request.

CAN I SUPPLY MATERIALS?

Yes you can, however we only offer cutting/folding for supplied materials. 

CAN YOU COLOUR MATCH?

We can colour match; however, we are not able to guarantee exact match in every case. Please provide a sample to be approved prior to production run.

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTIES ON YOUR POWDER COAT?

Warranties available on request.
